Do you think that they will convict their fellow partners in crime if the corrupt ones control the politicians, judges, police officers, evidence lockers, mail rooms, financial records, medical records, and criminal records? This is why police records are only filed and not followed through or investigated unless the city attorneys could potentially be sued for negligence upon their part. Millions of complaints go unheard as these city officials simply ignore the citizens’ official complaints, at least until the stalkers and burglars are shot dead for committing crimes that could have been stopped had the complaints been properly handled in the first place.
