He discusses the complicated “cap and trade” scheme that Obama supports, which is really a stealth ‘carbon tax’ which will cost Americans trillions have no effect on the climate. Even the Washington Post called Cap and Trade a “fundamental restructuring of our economy” yet do nothing for the climate.
