The writer obviously is ignorant of the fact that “Saturday Night Special” refers to inexpensive firearms that white nightriders wanted to keep out of the hands of Southern blacks in the years after the Civil War. Blacks and poor whites could not afford more expensive firearms to protect themselves, so they purchased the inexpensive weapons they could afford. The primary targets of laws in the South prohibiting ownership of such firearms were blacks; armed nightriders, most of them wearing white sheets or black and white robes, wanted their prey unarmed and defenseless. It’s the same old attempt at disarming the population that the politicians in the capitol have been trying to ram down our throats for years, it’s just been re-packaged.

Perhaps Sooner non thought want the blacks to stay in their place in the shanty out back on a liberal progressive plantation as a protected class and not have Saturday night specials to protect their family.

Myself I want everyone except Jeffry Dahmer, illegal aliens and VP Cheney to have guns.

You made tremendous great ideas here. I done a research on the subject and learnt most peoples will agree with your blog. Certainly there have been other cell phone solar charger devices – even ones for the iPhone.
