Sen. Brogdon Vows Not to give Up On TABOR

Senator Randy Brogdon (R-Owasso) vows not to give up on the measure known as TABOR, even though a Oklahoma Supreme Court judge ruled yesterday that supporters lacked the required signatures to put the controversial measure on the ballot. Supporters say the measure, if passed by the voters, would have reduced the growth in government spending.

“The court, in my opinion, has just disenfranchised 300,000 people who signed the petition,” said Brogdon. If we have to get another 300,000 signatures, we’ll go get them and start this all over again. “I’ve been probably more motivated and energized here in the last five minutes than in six months.
